Galaxies (India) is a company primarily involved in the processing, supply and packing of Filter Media Sand, Dual Media Anthracite / Bituminous / Coconut shell Powder and Gravels for Water Treatment Plants.

     Galaxies (India) started off in 1953 as a supplier of filter media by Mr. S.L.Poddar to Water Treatment Plants all over India. We have since diversified into the supply of technical sand for industrial consumption as well as over hauling and upgradatation of filter beds using dual media or multiple layer filter media.

     The processing and supply of filtration material remain our core business, and our products meet both the ISI as well as the BIS Standards for filter media.
